Spring Clean your Body

Spring is traditionally the time to do some deep cleaning in your home. This spring, don’t forget to do the same for your body. A gentle dietary cleanse can be helpful. Be sure to drink lots of water throughout the day. Increase the frequency and duration of your exercise routine (or start one!)
